The ‘SUPER Dream Holiday’ contest is organised by SUPER Food Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (481236-P) (“SUPER”). The Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and older as of 1 March 2019 who reside in Malaysia and has a valid MyKad and bank account in Malaysia.

The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest: Employees of SUPER (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members, representatives and employees, and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of SUPER (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members, and/or SUPER’s elected printing vendors.

DURATION

This Contest shall run from 0:00:00 a.m. on 1 March 2019 to 23:59:59 p.m. on 31 May 2019 (“Contest Period”). SUPER reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be immediately disqualified. No correspondences will be entertained.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
  1. To join this Contest, contestants must purchase any SUPER product worth RM15 and above in a single receipt except for ESSENSO™. Participating products include SUPER® Coffee, SUPER® Charcoal Roasted White Coffee, SUPER® Power, SUPER® Milk Tea, SUPER® Tea Infusions and SUPER® NutreMill® Cereal.
  2. Contestants must then send the following details via WhatsApp to +6016 293 5710:
    • Full Name as per IC
    • IC Number
    • Photo of the original receipt. Winners will be required to present the original receipt as proof of purchase.
    • The answer to this question: SUPER is Malaysia’s Largest Coffee Manufacturer [YES/NO]
PRIZES
  1. There will be a total of 476 Winners (460 Daily Prize Winners, 15 Consolation Prize Winners and one (1) Grand Prize Winner) with a total of RM100,000 worth of prizes to be given away throughout the Contest.
  2. Only 1 receipt can be used per entry. Entries that use the same receipt more than once will be automatically disqualified.
  3. Prizes and cash prizes will be divided according to these categories:
    • Category 1
      Daily Prizes x 460: A total of RM50,600 worth of daily prizes will be given out during this Contest with five (5) prizes given out per day. Daily prizes will be announced weekly on SUPER’s website (www.happyhappens.com.my) and Facebook page (www.facebook.com/supermalaysia).
    • Category 2
      • Grand Prize x 1: A dream holiday worth RM18,000 and RM2,000 cash
      • Consolation Prize x 15: An exciting holiday worth RM1,800 and RM200 cash
  4. Daily prizes will be given within 3 months after the winners’ announcement on SUPER’s website (www.happyhappens.com.my) and Facebook page (www.facebook.com/supermalaysia).
  5. The Grand Prize and Consolation Prizes will be given at a prize-giving ceremony organised by SUPER and held in June or July.
  6. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items. SUPER reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice.
WINNERS
  1. Each entry must contain the following criteria to be eligible to win.
    • The correct answer to the Contest question
    • All necessary details
    • A photo of the receipt (winners must present the original receipt as proof of purchase)
  2. Winning selection for Category 1: Daily Prizes
    • Daily prize winners will be determined based on the total number of entries received from 0:00:00 am to 23:59:59 pm on each day during the contest period, and divided by six(6). For example, if the total number of entries received on 1 March 2019 is 60, the five(5) daily winners are entries number 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50. Winners will receive their prizes according to the order of the Daily Prizes listed out on the Contest website (www.happyhappens.com.my)
  3. Winning selection for Category 2: Grand Prize and Consolation Prizes
    • Winners will be determined based on two(2) rounds of competition. Shortlisted winners for the first round will be based on the total number of entries received from 0:00:00 am on 1 March to 23:59:59 pm on 31 May 2019 and divided by 17. For example, if the total number of entries received by the end of the contest period is 17,000, the 16 shortlisted winners are entries number 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10,000, 11,000, 12,000, 13,000, 14,000, 15,000 and 16,000. These 16 shortlisted winners will compete in a finale event at a later date.
    • Winners for the Grand Prize and Consolation Prize will be determined in a finale event set by SUPER. Details for the finale will be revealed to the shortlisted winners at a later date.
  4. All contestants will stand a chance to win prizes from all categories. Contestants who win a daily prize will also be in the running to win the Grand Prize or Consolation Prizes. However, contestants can only win one prize per day, up to a maximum of 4 daily prizes throughout the contest period. The more entries submitted, the higher the chances of winning.
  5. The names of daily prize winners will be announced on SUPER’s website (www.happyhappens.com.my) each week. Shortlisted winners for the finale event will be listed on SUPER’s website two(2) weeks after the end of the Contest Period.
  6. Winners will be notified via phone and will need to verify their personal details with the Contest management team. If a winner cannot be contacted after three(3) attempts, SUPER and the Contest management team reserve the right to forfeit the entry without any further notice.
  7. Winners will be notified on the daily prize collection method by the Contest management team.
  8. Prizes must be collected within three(3) months after the winner’s announcement. Prizes uncollected after the stipulated date will be automatically forfeited and no further correspondences will be entertained.
  9. The Contest management team will request for the winner’s email in order to send them a form to fill their details. The Contest management team may also need to verify winners through confirmation of details including:
    • Contestant’s full name (as per IC)
    • Contestant’s IC number
    • Original receipt used in the winning entry
  10. The Contest management team reserves the right to disqualify an entry or withdraw a prize if a contestant or winner has failed to adhere to any of the terms and conditions stated here.
DATA PROTECTION
  1. Personal Data" may include, but is not limited to, the Contestant's name, identity card number, address, email address, phone number, gender and other relevant information provided by the Contestant during or after the Contest.
  2. By submitting an entry to this Contest, the Contestants agree that SUPER may disclose their Personal Data and photographs for: a. Publishing in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising or publicity purposes. b. Any other purpose in relation to the Contest, which is considered by SUPER to be in SUPER’s interest, in any manner as and when SUPER deems necessary without further notice to the Contestants and/or the winners.
  3. By submitting an entry, the Contestant provides permission to SUPER, its agencies, representative offices, affiliated, associated or related corporations, and their respective agents, whether situated in or out of Malaysia, to process all the Personal Data submitted by the contestant for purposes of the contest.
  4. Contestants have the following rights in relation to their Personal Data:-
    • to rescind their consent on the use of their personal data;
    • to limit the processing of their personal data;
    • to make a data request in writing to SUPER for information of their personal data that is being processed by or on behalf of SUPER;
    • to correct any of their personal data which is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date;
    • to request for their personal data to be removed from SUPER’s database
    • If Contestants have any requests or inquiries on the abovementioned rights, the Contestant may contact the Contest management team at superdreamholidaycontest@gmail.com
  5. SUPER agrees to take reasonable steps and measures to secure the safety of the Personal Data collected from the Contestants and ensures the same for any Personal Data that may be transferred to a third party for contest purposes. However, SUPER may disclose a Contestant’s Personal Data if required to do so by law.
  6. SUPER agrees the Personal Data collected from the Contestants shall not be kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated in this Terms & Conditions.
  7. All Personal Data held by SUPER will be accorded with reasonable level of protection against any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorised or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or deletion.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. SUPER’s and the Contest management team’s decision is final and binding. No correspondences will be entertained.
  2. SUPER reserves the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at any time and to end the Contest earlier or extend it further at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
  3. SUPER shall not be liable for prizes that are lost, damaged or stolen during or after the course of collection and/or delivery.
  4. All postage, transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other costs and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this contest as well as to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the entrants and winners.
  5. All Contestants shall assume full responsibility in the case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest or the use/claim or the Prizes and agree to release SUPER and hold SUPER free and harmless of any liability.
  6. SUPER disclaims any responsibilities for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software failure or email or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
  7. If a dispute arises on these Terms and Conditions in any promotion, communication material, publicity or any other material in relation to this Contest, the Terms and Conditions stated here shall prevail.
